Final Rule or Another Delay

The FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) issued the 2015 release of its very own rule. The rule is supposedly final. The Rule is going to implement electronic logging devices in every commercial vehicle. Ever since the rule went into effect, a lot of questions started floating around. Most of the time there are more questions than answers.

The Administration made numerous attempts to push the rule through. However, until now the attempt met enough resistance to delay the ruling.  The numerous delays in implementation of ELD compliant devices made everyone doubtful.
