When we first purchased this solution, we were under the impression that it could directly link with the T-Sheets payroll system and automatically import drivers’ time for payroll.   1. I have been fighting with Verizon Reveal since March. At that time they billed me $3009 for contract cancellations. I did not cancel, did not want to cancel and have no idea where they got the idea I wanted it without any authorization from me. It has been a NIGHTMARE since then! Five months later and I’ve had nine different cases opened up, have NEVER heard from our account manager, and am now being billed for SIX logbook subscriptions and trackings (I only have two trucks??) along with still being billed for the $3009 for cancellations. When you call they don’t let you talk to a supervisor (if there is such a thing) and your account rep will never call you back. I am so frustrated I do want to cancel it now but can’t find anything that will work with our small need. So so frustrating!!

    1. I’m really sorry to hear you’re having such a tough time with Verizon Reveal. Verizon is a well-respected company, but like all businesses, they sometimes make mistakes. For reasons we may not always understand, it can take them some time to resolve these issues. Sadly, this can leave customers feeling frustrated. We truly value customers sharing their experiences; it offers invaluable insights into how companies respond in different scenarios. Hopefully, someone from Verizon will come across your feedback and take steps to address and resolve your concerns.

  2. I have been trying to get our account activated for 2 months. Feel like I have spoken to dozens of people with maybe one or two who actually care. Our customer ‘failure’ (not success) manager is nowhere to be found. At least 6 cases have been opened, but still no resolution. Their billing department is apparently the only people who are trained!

  3. My company was with Verizon Connect (Fleetmatics) for 10+ years. Fleetmatics was purchased by Verizon 3-4 years ago and that’s when the customer support began to fail. It’s been in steady decline since, which resulted in our decision to discontinue using the product. I say “using” because we are still paying for it since Verizon locks its customers into long-term contracts. We are still paying $350+ per month and not using the product at all. THAT’S HOW BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GOT. It got to the point that each time I needed support with a unit or wanted to add units, I would spend 8-10 hours on hold, calling, being promised they would call me back, etc. As a small businessman, I don’t have time to mess around. My time is far more valuable than the $350/mo that we are paying. I won’t mention who we switched to because I want this review to stand on its own, but I can say that I couldn’t be happier. I would stay far away from Verizon.

    1. AMEN! We signed a 3-year contract months ago. The equipment is still not all installed and what has been does not function. You can bet the bill arrives every month though!!!

  1. I have been fighting with Verizon Reveal since March. At that time they billed me $3009 for contract cancellations. I did not cancel, did not want to cancel and have no idea where they got the idea I wanted it without any authorization from me. It has been a NIGHTMARE since then! Five months later and I’ve had nine different cases opened up, have NEVER heard from our account manager, and am now being billed for SIX logbook subscriptions and trackings (I only have two trucks??) along with still being billed for the $3009 for cancellations. When you call they don’t let you talk to a supervisor (if there is such a thing) and your account rep will never call you back. I am so frustrated I do want to cancel it now but can’t find anything that will work with our small need. So so frustrating!!
